In a story about the super giving himself 47 out of 48 highly effectives, Fischer said he saw Vitti’s self-evaluation and generally doesn’t disagree with the marks.
“The superintendent has put in a lot of hard work,” Fischer said, adding that his evaluation won’t be substantially different from Vitti’s. “He has worked six, sometimes, seven days a week, 16-hour days. I know that. He knows that. That’s what he’s trying to reflect in his self-evaluation.”
Um or what most teachers like to call a typical week, unfortunately their evaluations don't always reflcet that. I hope Fischer uses this as a teachable moment.
